    company will not answer email

    We answer every email within 24-48hours but there are some cases that you may not get the email.
    1. Your email setting has screened out sales@yopool.com
    2. Your email server has screened out xxx@yopool.com, for example, we failed in sending emails to xxx@sandstonehillspotterywholesale.com
    3. You may not have sent email to sales@yopool.com or account@yopool.com correctly
    Thanks. If possible, pls tell your email address.

    I bought 10 from yopool about 3 weeks ago and they all work perfect. just keep in mind though a Kingston or Sandisk 2GB MicroSD card is the maximum memory for this r4.

    tryed all downloads can not get it to work

    Tracked your order history, found two kinds of cards had been ordered, DSTT and R4i ultra.
    For r4i ultra, there is no other kernel but V1.55 from http://www.r4ultra.com/download.htm, pls try it firstly. Do remember to save only one kernel on one MicroSD card, and format it into FAT32 before saving kernel.
